Our AC vent covers are a patent-pending fastening system that works on any grille material, including wood, metal, aluminum, or plastic, and include a two-part foam with different compression ratios that will contour to uneven surfaces.

Our AC covers are made of PET, a commonly used plastic to package soft drinks, water, juice, food, cosmetics and household cleaners. Our AC covers are made from recycled material and all our covers are recyclable as well.

Utilizing the combination of our two-part foam and our fastening system, our AC covers will positively seal vents, registers, and associated ductwork from contaminants, moisture, construction dust, mold, and fungi, and stop heat loss from cold drafts.

Our AC covers come in multiple sizes that fit both residential and commercial registers/vents/grilles in the United States, Canada, and anywhere in the world where grille covers are used. They are easily installed without tools, and are clear and virtually undetectable once installed.

Our AC Covers have been tested and approved by American Energy Audit, a RESNET Approved Training and Quality Assurance Provider, for sealing HVAC system vents and ductwork for air leak tests using positive air pressure at 25 CFM.

Energy savings calculations have been certified by the Chu & Gassman Engineering Company, a professional engineering company, in the State of New York, and have been reviewed by Public Utility companies.
